Agency Intellectual Property: The overall design system, custom CSS styles, logos, branding, case studies, field notes, and written layout on this website are owned exclusively by Border LLC and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Open-Source Permissiveness: Border is dedicated to building in the open. Our public repositories, Figma plugins, Claude skills, and n8n nodes hosted under the github.com/borderux organization are distributed under permissive open-source licenses (primarily the MIT License). Their reproduction, customization, and deployment are governed by their respective licenses.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to breach, bypass, or disable site security, forms, or authentication layers.
• Utilizing automated scrapers, bots, or data-mining utilities to harvest content maliciously (excluding standard search engine crawlers).
• Conducting denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or deliberately imposing an excessive bandwidth load on our server nodes.

Professional Engagements & Scope

This website serves informational purposes to showcase our design engineering capabilities. No content or inquiry submission on this site constitutes a formal contract, scoping brief, or binding proposal for professional services.

All professional design, research, and front-end swarming engagements are governed by separate, signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) tailored to each project.

User Submissions & Feedback

We welcome your ideas, feedback, and project inquiries. By submitting any suggestions, custom feature requests, or design suggestions through our forms or email channels, you grant Border LLC an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, adapt, and implement those suggestions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation or attribution.
